Nice place in an interesting area, up and coming and hip. Pantelis is very kind and responsive, and did everything to make our stay nice.

The apartment is really nice and the area is safe with lots of cafes and restaurants and a big park nearby. Public transport options are nearby and it's easy to walk to neighbouring areas like Exarchiea. Pantelis was very responsive and made the check in easy even though I arrived late because I had some trouble getting a taxi after a conference I was attending across the city. Lovely area and very nice apartment - I really enjoyed my stay :)

We stayed 5 days at pantelis’ flat but could easily see us spending more time there, the flat is in a great location, clean and comfortable. Pantelis was a great host, meeting us at the property for check in despite our very late arrival and ready to answer any question we had. Would definitely recommend this place for a short or longer stay in the beautiful district of kypseli!
