This home had a very homey feeling! My family and I felt right at home. The beds were amazing and that’s an understatement!!! You can not go wrong with this home!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME!!!
We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place and it was exactly as described! The location was nice and convenient to campus as promised. Fenced backyard was incredibly accommodating for bringing our puppy along!
Nice house with great layout! Good weekend getaway when visiting kids at UA. About 10 minutes from campus. Would definitely recommend!!
Ryan let me check in with very little notice after I found my scheduled AirBnB from another host totally uncleaned from the previous guests. He quickly responded late in the evening and let me come into his place. the home was very nice....the beds were incredibly comfortable and great size. The home was incredibly clean. The backyard is small but has a porch with nice chairs, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, yet there are several restaurants a few miles away, making it easy to Uber out or order Uber eats in. Highly recommended host!

My wife and I are both design professionals. I design software interfaces and my wife is a creative director for one of largest ad agencies in the country. We have two girls (11 and 15), two dogs (Mackenzie and Malu), and two cats (Moo and Milo). When we're not working or attending school events, we spend a lot of time exploring the great places in our neighborhood, bicycle, hike, ski, garden, and travel the globe. Our top travel spot is the small fishing village of Parlatuvier, Tobago in Trinidad & Tobago. An amazing eating experience that's a mix of Caribbean, African, Indian, and French cuisine. The people are incredible friendly, NO BUGS, and largely undiscovered by the large commercial hotel industry. I hope you love our house and the city area as much as we do.
