Perfect home for two families to stay together. -Two master suites were very spacious and comfortable. -Two kids bedrooms were small but sufficient, probably perfect for young kids. -Ceiling fans in both master suites. Would be nice if they were in both small bedrooms too. -Beds were comfortable. -Two master baths were nice size but third bath tight with multiple kids. -Excellent shower height for tall people -Excellent hot water volume; ten people and hot water seemed to be endless. -Well stocked kitchen. -A/C was exceptional! It’s hot in the Keys so having the house cold was priceless! -Washer/Dryer were nice to have and sufficient -Dock was perfect for boat, fishing, or just watching the sun set. -Freezer specifically for fish was a nice find! -Kayaks & SUP’s available for use was also nice. -Only a few things needed…No closets to use but there were several dressers so still a place for clothes and ceiling fans in kids bedrooms would be ideal. Perfect vacation home!

We enjoyed staying here for a week. Mike is an excellent host. The house and location are great!!! I question AIRBNB's very high "fees" plus and additional " really high cleaning fee" compared to other homes I have rented through AIRBNB. I hope the people doing the work cleaning are getting that and not AIRBNB!!!

The house was very clean. We loved the heated pool and that we could control the temp. Mike was easy to work with and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 4 had a lovely time staying at Mike’s place in Marathon. The house is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The view is excellent, it is quite nice to have all the living/dining space elevated for better views of the harbor and beyond. The pool was a huge hit with our kids. Also it was very nice to have paddle boards and kayaks available. Dolphins and spotted eagle rays were often spotted right from the dock! Mike is a very informative host and responded quickly to a question we had during our stay. All in all a very solid place to enjoy all the Keys have to offer. We would definitely return.
