I had a great stay with good communication with Manel in the pleasant and convenient flat. It is in close proximity to the metro for easy transport and with lot of nice supermarkets nearby. If I would return for a similar working trip in the future, I would absolutely rent this apartment again!

Nice apartment in a calm neighborhood, subway line in walking distance, and a shop which works till late is literally round the corner so you won't end up hungry. The place is not big but has stuff you need, btw a nice kitchen if you prefer cooking for yourself :) Also has a working space to put your laptop and stuff, the internet was stable and fast enough for work-related videocalls. Stayed here through January but it didn't feel cold for me, so I didn't use a heater. Needed a couple of extra things for the apartment and Manel got that question sorted out very quickly. Really good impression overall Thank you!

Manel es un tipo muy de ayuda con todo lo que se necesita. Cuando hay un problema contesta de vuelta y sane como resolverlo. El piso es pequeñito pero se está bien, todo es nuevo y hay lavadora, lavavajillas, cocina nueva y equipada y suficiente espacio en los armarios por todo. Para mi la limpieza era la parte mas importante y también que no hubieran cucarachas, ya que en Barcelona muchisimos pisos tienen este problema: en este piso y en todo el palacio nunca vi ni una cucaracha, ni en septiembre cuando hubo mucho calor. Anconsejo a todos este piso!

El piso es tal cual las fotos. Nos quedamos 3 meses con mi pareja y realmente nos sirvió muchísimo, Manel siempre muy preocupado y ocupado por nuestro bienestar, agradecido de por vida por encontrar un piso de estas características con alguien tan amigable y buena gente como Manel. Sin dudas recomiendo al 100% este piso.

This studio is a great option for a single person. Well and cleverly equipped, with mezzanine bed and some smart storage solutions. I had absolutely no problems staying here. Manel was helpful and responsive. The walls in the building are rather thin, without acoustic separation. The window is facing a very quiet area behind the building. I recommend this place!
