It is an area with very good bus and metro connections that allow you to go both to the historic center in a few minutes and to other peripheral areas of the city. This bright two-story apartment is completely renovated and equipped, decorated with a modern and contemporary touch, taking care of every detail that will make your stay more pleasant. It has a bright living room with a Smart TV, a sofa bed on request and access to an exterior balcony through its large window, it has air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, juicer, dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen utensils, dining area, a nice recently renovated bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It also has a private terrace with sea views, access through the building that will allow you to enjoy the climate of Malaga having an aperitif in the sun or reading a good book outdoors. The building also has an exclusive laundry area for our guests equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing area. They will be able to telework from our table in the dining room. Taking into account the importance of being well connected to the Internet today, the apartment has a WIFI connection by fiber optic facilitating teleworking or using the Internet to enjoy from any device or making use of its fabulous SmartTV. The excellent location near the beach and many points of interest in the city, its fabulous terrace and the fact that it has been renovated and decorated with care and good taste make this apartment an ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday and discover the charms of the Costa del Sol. Veldig fin leilighet akkurat som på bildene. Gangavstand til Strand og matbutikker. Stolene var alle ødelagte noe som tilsvarte at vi ikke klarte å spise felles frokoster, lunsjer eller middager rundt bordet. Veldig fin takterrasse
We had an amazing stay at Málaga, for a big part because of this great appartement. It’s a very modern and clean place with great air conditioning. The terrace on the roof has a beautiful view and is very spacious. There’s a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Also a short walk to the beach or the metro to go to the centre. During our stay I communicated quite a lot which went very smooth. Fast, helpful and friendly responses. We are very pleased and we would highly recommend!
Realy nice place
A nice apartment that looks the same in life as it does in the pictures. The beds were comfy enough and the kitchen is normally equipped. There's one bathroom with a toilette and a shower and another one with only a toilette. The six of us stayed here for a week: the apartment is a bit tight for 6 people, but manageable. The city center is ca. 2km from the flat: 25-30 min by walk, but there's a metro station next to the flat. Parking by car is free in the surrounding streets. It's not easy since there are a lot of cars everywhere, but we always found some small places in one of the streets. The terrace is separated from the flat: it is reachable from the staircase and it is right above the flat. It is actually a good solution since louder people on the terrace don't disturb those in the flat. Our contact was easy to reach, we got replies quite fast, and the check-in was super easy. Absolutely recommended.

Quiet area and very well connected, close to all kinds of shops and restaurants. You can walk to the beach or to the bus and train station. Shopping center 5/10 minutes walk. A great area to spend a vacation and discover Malaga.
The best option to get around from the apartment is by public transport due to its good communications and the nearby metro and bus stops, you can also use the car. Free parking around.
