Stayed for nine nights over CNY. Good location moments away from the MTR, friendly host. Flat was clean, uncluttered, with all the essentials, quiet, and a good size by HK standards. Would recommend.

Anna's place was very convenient and a good choice for a long stay (almost a year). I love the location in Wan Chai. The place is also very large for a single person. The building is old, but the actual apt feels fairly new for the most part. Anna and her mother were usually very fast & understanding about responding to issues with plumbing, the internet, etc. It's good that there's a washing machine (on the roof) if you're staying for awhile, and there's a convenient laundry shop around the corner. The main minus was that, when I first moved in, for several months there were problems with silverfish. They ultimately went away after I found a good insect repellent myself & sprayed it periodically around the house, but it was stressful for awhile. Also, sometimes it can be a bit loud at night, and smells from outside will drift in (maybe bec. the building is older?). But overall, it was as a good place to stay, and I would recommend it.

Anna was such a responsive and lovely host! Uber accommodating as well! The apartment is located really well and super convenient - the mtr is a literal crosswalk away. I loved the roof for breakfasts and dinners, it was so nice up there

Everything about this place and its host is absolutely perfect. If I could give this place (and Anna) more than 5 stars, I would! Anna was responsive, friendly, accommodating and went over-and-above with any requests we made. The place was super clean and had everything we needed, including things that were just so thoughtful (one can tell Anna puts extra care into hosting). The apartment is on the top floor (easy to access with elevator), and the view from the apartment windows of the city are breathtaking (especially at night). The private rooftop is a SERIOUS bonus. The pictures do not (and cannot possibly) do it justice. One of my best stays ever.

Like I’ve said in my other review posted here - if I could give Anna and her place over 5 stars, I would! Fantastic host, fantastic place. 100% recommend!
