The apartment was as described and a good central location for us to get the train to Reading for the festival. Spacious and clean although a little dated. Main bed was very creaky and could do with some more glasses in the kitchen, but otherwise all good! Thank you Eusebiu. :)

The place can only take 4 guests not 5 or more. 5th guest will have to sleep on the sofa. we were 4 thankfully. No clear instructions for parking. I asked earlier about parking but answer was not clear (?language?). I did mention we will have multiple cars but there was no answer on how many cars can park there. There is only one space. The place is very clean, rooms are large, smart TV in place, nice views, very quiet block. Bathrooms clean, towels provided. All amenities that said to be present are indeed present. I love the place and all the guests loved it. Was very close to the Rugby Football club, where we had our function. I would certainly recommend.

Apartment is big, lovely and clean. Right in the town centre. Friday night was a bit noisy ( trains) but Saturday night was a lot quieter. It was perfect for us, we were visiting for a family event.

Eusebiu was a top host although it would have been nice to meet him after chatting that much on media, top stay would recommend to anyone , it was immaculate and beds so comfortable, could hear the trains a little but I grew up with that so think it made me sleep better😂 you won’t go wrong there👍
