To make your stay enjoyable there is a large swimming pool with hydromassage, a children's pool, a bar with a terrace outside for small snacks even at lunchtime, a breakfast room and a restaurant. The Residence has free parking, always welcomes your four-legged friends, and has a laundry room where you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board at your disposal. Scarlino is right in the heart of it, just a few steps from one of Italy's most beautiful seas, well represented by the unspoilt beaches of Cala Violina and Cala Martina, and also close to the wonders of Monte Argentario and the famous beaches of Capalbio.
In addition to the beaches and the sea, uncontaminated nature can be found in the numerous parks and protected areas, above all the Maremma Park, 40,000 hectares of oases and reserves populated by many animal species. A territory rich in history and therefore in enchanting villages, each with its own uniqueness and characteristics for an area that was already rich in Etruscan times. Scarlino, Massa Marittima, Castiglione della Pescaia are just a few examples of villages where a visit is a must.
