Everyone at the hotel gave outstanding service. Desmond checked in during our stay to see if there was anything we needed and to see how we were doing. Karen the desk clerk gave us great advice on where to park our car at an concert we went to. So glad she shared how to get there and where to park without having to pay for parking and we were in walking distance to the venue. We met Donnetta (might’ve misspelled her name)and she was a delight to talk to. Karen and Donnetta are both beautiful ladies There was also a young man working late at night who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. You know what? Everyone gave us top notch service. Really enjoyed our stay there. The room was comfortable. There’s a good variety of restaurants surrounding the hotel. You could walk to them. And the free hot breakfast served by the staff at the hotel hit the spot. If I come back to Akron, I’ll definitely stay here again. Impeccable service. Everyone was very attentive.

I stayed at this listing for over a month now. the staff is wonderful housekeeping does a great job of keeping the whole hotel looking great. front desk is really cool and fair and patient w the guests and each other. it's a laid-back vibe here and my long-term stay was good. they were very accommodating and allowed me to store my midnight stash of ice cream in their freezer and kept stuff cold for me that wouldn't fit in my fridge. always thoughtful and kind. communicating with the hosts was friendly and helpful. I had to check in a day late because there was a snafu that needed taken care of before I could bring my pets to the hotel.. and they credited me the extra day I lost on the booking. they didn't have to do that and they did. it was cool I highly recommend this place. if you stay out of their way they stay out of yours. I was in a hotel but it still felt kind of private and I really do like it here. the only drawback is that the hotel is still under remodel for the pool.
