The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place at 956 Philadelphia street in Indiana, Pennsylvania which is the Main Street in town. This is a small college town, house is located walking distance two blocks from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. There are Four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a full kitchen, Living room and washer and dryer on the first floor the second floor has five bedrooms one bath with a full kitchen, living room and washer & dryer. The downstairs will comfortably sleep 10-12 people and the upstairs will sleep 11-13 people. We had a great stay. It was an awesome time and we will definitely return.
House was the size we needed. It was neat and tastefully decorated. Offers were made to accommodate. The dishes and glasses were dusty and dirty and need to be washed before being used. We did not have quite enough for the 16 of us. Dish soap and paper towels were lacking. We ran out of trash bags which she brought more to us in a timely manner. There was coffee grounds and mold found in coffee pot. Juice or something had spilled in refrigerator.
She is a very nice host! The home is large and great for a large group
Very spacious, in a great area, and very great host!
This place was perfect for our team and families. We were in town for a softball tournament and this place was conveniently located and fit all of our needs.

College town, a few college neighbors, occasional train drives through, Philadelphia street is the Main Street in this small town so has lots of nice shops and restaurants walking distance.

We have a small family business. We have 4 Airbnb properties. I’m also a personal chauffeur to our two sons and two daughters who play soccer, swimming, baseball and basketball. My husband Dan teaches at Indiana university of Pennsylvania in the special education/professional studies department, he was a public school teacher for 10 years before he got into higher Ed. We are blessed to serve our community in anyway!
