The neighborhood is in a quiet environment and is mostly made up of smaller residential buildings. In the neighborhood there are numerous facilities: grocery stores, a pharmacy located in the adjacent building, ATMs, banks, post office, Joker shopping center, local bus station, all within a 100 m.

T. Tower apartment is suitable for the tourists who came with their car as for those who didn't.
Right in front of the apartment there is a free public parking. Usually, you can always find a free space after 2pm and in the evening hours, otherwise i will help you and save the parking place near the apartment. For guests who are visiting Split for the first time I have to point out that driving as well as parking their car in the center of the city, during the tourist season is difficult (somewhere even forbidden) therefore I recommend leaving a car in front of the apartment and going to the old town by foot. It will take you about 10 minutes of walk to get to the center and that is why I find the position of the apartment ideal.
For all guests without their own means of transport, the accommodation is pretty convenient because it is very easy to reach e.g. Diocletian's Palace or the popular Riva (promenade), because there is just one way that leads you to your destination. Also, the proximity of two local bus stops only a few minutes away makes it simple to go to any of the beaches. Buses form both the stations are driving in all directions inside as well as out of the town in case you want to see our little renaissance jewel, Trogir and peninsula Čiovo next to it, which is full of beaches and the clear sea, or maybe Omiš, a pirate town with sandy beaches located beside the canyon of the Cetina river and beneath the karst mountain of Biokovo, also worth visiting.
