The room was perfect! What truly stood out, however, the room made with detail and love for visitors. As a host, Matthew is the great person — accommodating, friendly, and thoroughly care of this room. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

This was my third stay and I have a fourth scheduled. Another great stay. Great to have use of kitchen. Annie Jones Park is very close. Good parking right outside the house. Had a housemate but he was great. Matthew was great. Sound travels in the house it’s much better when you’re the only one there but not bad at all. Comfy bed.
Great stay. Matthew is a wonderful host and wonderful person. Location was convenient. Parking was easy. The room was stellar in more ways than one. Matthew has a great eye for design and it really showed in the room.
