This was a great spot if you are staying in the area or using it as a hunting cabin while out at the preserves. The restaurant that they have onsite was absolutely fantastic (5 stars). The store that is onsite has all of the basics you would need. Short drive to Bethany and very close to several wild game preserves.

Awesome place to stay for a couple nights if you're wanting a quick getaway or just passing through! The pin doesn't send you quite to the right place but go to the store, pull in and cabin 2 and 4 are on the left and 3 is on the left. 3 doesn't have hot water but no big deal to us. Totally 100% recommended. Clean and peaceful.

Chris was very welcoming and responsive. Comfy cabin had ample room for four plus a lot of luggage; it's bigger than it looks. The surrounding countryside looked beautiful. Loved the down duvets (toasty warm!), the nightlights around the cabin, and the motion-detector floodlights outside. The restaurant looks great but is only open certain days. Be aware that this is primarily a fishing/hunting/hiking resort about 10 minutes outside a small town -- it is rural. If arriving later, suggest bringing basic groceries and dinner with you. Maps app was confused about where it is, but if you follow Maps' instructions, you'll see the outdoors store on the right -- turn in there. Cabins #2 and #4 are on the left; cabin #3 is on the right a ways back, facing a pond. We arrived just after a massive polar vortex that froze the pipes, but the bathroom sink had ample hot and cold water and we managed. I don't hold the host responsible for freak weather events, and he was working on fixing things.
