Despite the glowing reviews, my experience at this Airbnb left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find the house in a state of disarray. The cleanliness was lacking, and the furniture was in poor condition – scratched, broken, and wobbly. To add to the disappointment, remnants of previous guests' laundry hung on the drying rack, and used slippers were scattered around the bedrooms and bathrooms. The showers still had leftover soap bars, and the carpets were stained. Additionally, torn pillows and uncomfortable beds made for an unpleasant stay. While Cynthia, the host, was responsive to my concerns, the issues persisted. I found myself coordinating with various individuals for carpet removal, repairs by electricians, and additional cleaning. Unfortunately, these efforts fell short, and I decided not to extend my stay. Hospitality extends beyond simply providing a place to sleep. Comparable options within the same building offer better value for the same rate.

My stay at Cynthia’s apartment was pleasant. The location was great, I would recommend this place and would definitely consider staying again on my next visit.

Well this place looks quite good and I must say the pictures actually do match how it looks like in person. However, I had a big issue with the customer service. I got there at about 6pm and was kept waiting for about 15mins, the host had not left the key with the guards or organized how I would get them. She then directed me to the other block and different house and it was only until I raised an alert that it was not the house I had reserved, that's when she directed me to the right house. Also, for that price, I felt they should at least have bathing soaps or shower gels in the bathrooms. All in all, the place is nice but the customer service is wanting.
