For our visit to the O2 this property was in the perfect location, just a few yards from the cable car over to North Greenwich which by avoiding the use of trains gave an extra special element to the occasion! The property certainly has a wow factor and was well equipped and had plenty of tea and coffee in the well stocked beverage box. The Capital Stay team were the icing on the cake! They were welcoming (including the reception cat!) friendly and helpful throughout and we are very likely to book again when visiting the O2 Arena.

Beautiful views, lovely apartment and super clean and free of clutter which was great. A few little things like the door handles were coming away, this didn’t bother us at all, it was just as we paid a security deposit that we wanted to ensure the host was aware of any pre-existing issues. We had a lovely stay, and capital stay were very responsive throughout our trip which was reassuring and came to check our apartment immediately when checking out so that I was able to get my security deposit back straight away which was very good as I was skeptical about paying this as it was not listed in the description before booking. The only issue was that we were not aware until after booking that a security deposit needed to be made, after receiving a message to say this it did not detail the amount, for clarification it’s a £300 deposit on 2 bed apartments which we did not know until the day of arrival so feel this needs to be advertised. Other than this would highly recommend. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay & very friendly reception staff

Beautiful area and good detailed instructions for check in. However, there were no written instructions inside in regards to the stove, trash, etc. Also, there were lots of amenities that were missing: wash cloths, extra towels, dish, soap, paper, towels, extra toilet paper (we asked for extra toilet paper and was told it would be delivered, but never was—so we bought our own). Definitely some overdue maintenance: curtains in the living room, which lack of them caused it to be very, very hot, not enough fans—the sliding doors on the one bedroom closet did not work, so we could not use the dresser in there. We liked the location, but would not stay at this Airbnb again, nor recommend it to others unless they improved the amenities mentioned above.
