We had a wonderful stay here during Expo West. The hot tub was amazing, and we all slept very comfortably and peacefully. The owners were very communicative and accommodating throughout our stay. The house was also very clean!

Great place in LA to stay, location was near our kids, close to freeways to travel to all the fun things to do in LA/OC.

When we arrived there was an issue with the door locking, in result we had to go out the back door &the back gate to be able to lock the front door from inside.The following day when using the kitchen sink it shut off,we then reached out to Melinda who gave us a really rude tone in response, her husband fixed the sink all was fine. Later that night we wanted to go for a swim &found out she had her pool guy shock the pool that same evening w/o informing us of the algae problem nor the shock treatment. We only found out when we reached out to have her turn on the spa for us. Then proceeded to tell us “people usually swim during the day”. Aside from the negligence to her tenants, the audacity to be rude when we expressed we wished she would’ve communicated that with us, it’s dangerous. We were aggressively accused of putting charcoal in their smoker & felt violated by how many times the camera was turning on when there was movement all night & was not going off before. Don’t recommend!
