Tolle Wohnung mitten im Zentrum, 3 Gehminuten von Hauptplatz und Donau entfernt. Top modern eingerichtet, sehr zu empfehlen! Einziges Manko: die Wohnung liegt über einem Pub, es zieht der Geruch ein bisschen übers Stiegenhaus herauf, häufiges lüften ist daher notwendig.

Top 4 was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Very clean and modern. It's in a great location, just steps away from the river and restaurants. You are right in the center of everything! Historic streets and beautiful building, public transportation is very close - and the main shopping area is just a 5 minute walk. It does get a bit noisy on the weekends with the bars and restaurants located below the apartment. But, if you keep the windows closed it's not too bad - that does block the noise. Overall I would recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Wohnung entspricht den gezeigten Bildern. Sehr zentral gelegen. Kann draußen daher auch mal etwas lauter werden. Dafür hat man kurze Wege zu vielen Bars & Restaurants.
