Frank’s place was absolutely amazing and more than we could ask for! The photos don’t do it justice. Also- there is a workout room! Frank was responsive, accommodating, and answered any and all questions we had. I have already referred his place to other couples that I know would love it- and we definitely plan on coming back! Zero complaints!

We had a great stay at Frank's place! The home is in a beautiful location right on the water. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. The large open style family room/kitchen/dining area made a great place to gather and catch up with friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Syracuse!

Wow! Frank’s place was so nice. It was clean, had a beautiful view and every possible “extra” provided (spices, paper towels, ketchup packets, coffee, any kitchen utensils and pots and pans you might need, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer). I know I’m forgetting something - rest assured, if you need it, Frank has provided it! The house was spotless. The beds were super comfortable, the sheets were really nice, the blankets too. The hot tub was fun- I’ve always wanted to do that in the cold weather. It was so relaxing. This was truly a 5 star stay. Oh, and communication with Frank wasn’t needed. It was an easy check in and everything was great, so I never had to contact him. I would definitely stay here again- I bet a warm weather stay would be awesome- I saw a boat and kayaks as well as fishing poles available.
