Don’t walk away. RUN! Pros: good location & spacious apt Cons: 1. It’s not clean: 2 dirty towels hanging in the bathroom when I checked in. The bedroom smelled odd. The body pillow smelled like puke for the first few days (not sure if the smell went away or I eventually got used to it). The pillows were not comfortable at all. No comforters provided in the apt. The bathroom smells like sewage sometimes The drainage in the shower is blocked The water in the bathtub initially was yellow due to rusty water tap 2. The host is completely not helpful & unresponsive. She ignored me in a rude manner rather than give a fair explanation of why she couldn’t complied with the law and perform her responsibilities as a host. 3. The apt is old, no smart TV and curtains don’t work so expect no privacy in the living room. 4. The owner left lots of her personal stuffs there: in the bathroom, draws and closet etc. give off a strange ambiance. Overall, very unpleasant experience!

Great duplex apartment in the central Bangkok area. The apartment has a nice view and feels comfortable to live in. The condominium is clean, well cared for and the amenities are in great condition (Sauna, Pool, Gym, Studyroom...). The 7-Eleven in the building is incredibly convenient. Both Phaya Thai and Ratchathewi BTS stations are less than 5 minutes away by foot, so is the Airport Rail Link to BKK Airport. With Jenny as a caring host an overall great experience!
