Recently refurbished house, situated 5 minutes walk from both King John's castle and Thomond Park, 10 mins walk from city centre. 2 Double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Charming 1920’s house with lovely original features, stonework and a small courtyard. Kitchen fully equipped. Furniture, beds, linen etc all lovely quality. High speed internet with 3 smartTVs (Cable in living room) Best option for parking is available at the strand hotel, 600m away, 30euro per week. Street parking pay by hour. lovely, newly renovated two bed terrace house - nice original features but also mod cons like central heating, cosy sofas, wifi. nice features like entrance tiles etc. there is a cot/crib.

Très bon séjour chez Paul d’une durée de 2 semaines. Très bon accueil dès notre arrivée. Logement parfait pour 4 personnes, propre, facile d’accès et idéalement placé. Proche de nombreuses activités (restaurants, visites…). Je recommande !!
It was our first time in Ireland and Paul was extremely helpful with recommendations for dinner and places to visit. Perfect location in Limerick if you’re looking for a place to stay.
Out of all my travels. this was the best place I have stayed in. from the welcoming bottle of wine to the beautiful fresh flowers that filled the house with wonderful smells.. this house is perfect located to many historic sites and restaurants that was a short and easy walk.. the weather was not always at great but there was wonderful books in the house. all I can say is well done Paul and thank you. you exceeded our expectations. I will be back
Paul and his place were outstanding. He was extremely quick to respond to any concerns I had and his home is exactly as the description and photos described. One of the best airbnb I have ever stayed at!
Place was lovely and very clean.walking distance into the city centre too!Had a great time ,we will be returning ☺️
