Jiao is a very responsive and accommodating host. The room is clean and spacious. Aroma oils are provided in the room, and multiple universal power adapters provided for travelers. Kitchen is also functional. House is within walking distance to Clayton station.

Jiao is very friendly and easy to get with. I spent a month here and found the location great. super close to everything like supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, train stations etc. The main street is just 5 mins walk away and there are lots of affordable restaurants. large banks are also on the street and thus it's convenient for those who just come to Australia. The common area is always clean and the tenants are also very friendly. You could always ask if there are available supplies from Jiao for daily life. I was overall very happy with the place except in some hot days as there is no air conditioning at the second floor and some bugs may fly in during the nights. I'd definitely recommend this place (besides summer), especially for those who need to travel back and forth and prefer Asian foods.
