The host has found the perfect combination of privacy and attentiveness. I never felt bothered yet if I had a question there was a swift reply. The location was beautiful and convenient. Not only would I recommend this place for a stay, I am looking forward to staying there again.

Superbe logement identique aux photos. Situé au 15è étage la vue y est très belle. New a été très aimable à notre arrivée et nous a expliqué le fonctionnement. Bloc un peu vieillot, la piscine est bien contrairement à ce que j'avais lu et comme l'appartement est complètement rénové, c'est très agréable une fois dans l'appartement. Plein de restos, night market à 2 minutes, grande plage à 5 minutes vous avez tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable à Jomtien. Merci à Stephan d'avoir permis une entrée et sortie flexible à notre horaire.

Great host, the apartment is very well equipped, and looks just as good as in the pictures. Only minus is you might not see much of the city because the view is just so beautiful from the apartment.

Stefan was a fantastic host! Very responsive, informative, and was willing to come to my aid when I got really sick. (Not use to Thai food) offered to help several times and called to check up on me. The space is really quiet and comfortable. Open up the balcony doors and just sit back and enjoy that gorgeous view. If I ever come back to Pattaya Stefan’s place is my first choice. If you want peace and quiet from the madness over at Central Pattaya, this is it! Thank you Stefan for all your help. (Neil)
