A spacious and clean two-bedroom flat and having two bathrooms was a definite bonus. The flat had everything we needed for a short stay and it was easy to park near-by and walk into St Leonards and Hastings in the evenings. Although it is located at basement level the flat was still light and airy - you just have to be careful going down the steps to the front door - it also has a nice little garden to sit out in. Overall a good find!

Really lovely flat and garden in an excellent location. Felt a lot bigger and more spacious than the photos appear. The stairs down to the entrance are very steep and narrow so it was a little tricky to manage prams and babies but once you’re downstairs, it’s great for little ones. If travelling with little ones, it’s definitely necessary to have a light weight buggy to navigate and think about the logistics of getting in and out a bit. But overall definitely worth it.

We had a great stay here (two adults and two children aged 8 and 6). Steep outside steps but ok for our kids. Railing could be improved. Flat decor inside was good, better than expected. Two comfy UK king sized beds with their own en suites (one shower-bath and one shower). The shower-bath sprayed onto the floor easily so you need to keep the screen within the bath to minimise water on the floor. Extra towels and toilet paper were requested and brought the following day.Kitchen was fine but the equipment (pans, cooking implements etc) were old and some not super clean; we washed these before using. Brought our own cafetière. Rest of flat was clean.Lounge TV did not connect to wifi so unable to access Netflix etc. We didn’t try the bedroom tv. Nice enclosed garden but we didn’t use this. Close to seafront so easy to walk to various restaurants etc. Parking available along the road but double yellow lines immediately outside flat- we only stayed there to load/unload car.Would stay again

Close to the station and the sea, with easy reach of Hastings old town and pier. Spacious flat with quiet private garden, great stay.
