We loved the Flip Flop House. Marc is a really attentive host. He answered all our questions promptly and went out of his way to make us comfortable even before we got there. He suggested we take the kids to the dog beach close by. It was the highlight of my granddaughter’s day. We walked around Lake Como every morning. The house is beach-house-cozy in the best possible way. My grandkids couldn’t get over the giant flip-flops in the front of the house. They loved them, and honestly, it makes the house very easy to find. It’s obvious that the house is newly renovated and done with care. The property is well tended. We loved eating on the front porch every night. The south end of Belmar is definitely family friendly. Everyone said hello to us wherever we went. It’s quiet at night. We were walking distance to the beach and close to kid-friendly things to do. All in all, we had a great week at the Flip Flop House. Thanks, Marc.

Our stay was perfect. Marc’s home is comfortable, cozy, cute, and clean. Marc pro-actively offered complete and concise information and suggestions and was super responsive. The location was perfect either for a walk/bike ride around the lake to the beach or a walk/bike ride/car ride into town. My family enjoyed the beach, dining out, grilling, and relaxing on the porch. Marc provided bikes, beach chairs, grill, games…and fresh tomatoes from the garden. My family would stay at Marc’s again for any future trip to the area.

This place was a beautiful stay for my family and I to celebrate my mom and dads birthday. The neighborhood is quite and quaint and clean, and so was the house. It was so cute inside, and very cozy to hang out in or cook dinner. The porch was an awesome hang out spot and having the lake to walk around every morning was a dream! The house has bikes which makes the trip down to the beach a really nice quick trip also. We were so happy with everything from the home to the location to the places nearby, and Marc was super responsive and helpful with any questions or requests we had. We will definitely be back, thanks for an awesome vacation!
