The property is nice, but the lack of communication inside the property management office is why I would not stay there again. Two A/C units were dead when we arrived. Called the emergency number and they had repairman there within an hour. Fixed one unit on the spot, but the other had to be replaced the next day. Was told by staff member we could checkout at 2pm instead of the standard 10am as compensation for our inconvenience. On checkout day, a woman opened the door to clean at 10:10am. We told her we were leaving at 2pm. I immediately get a phone call from the office inquiring why we are still in the apartment. The man accused me of fabricating the story about a late checkout. I'm not amused by somebody calling me a liar so I proceeded to chew his ass about their lack of communication. He starts to whine like a child that I'm being disrespectful to him. The irony.. We packed up and left at 12:30pm. They haven't charged me a late fee as of yet. I wouldn't stay there again.
