Very comfortable apartment! Will book again next time!

This place is called "smart" residence, but the management is not very smart. I contacted whoever is on airbnb the day before my arrival to ask if i could leave my luggage at the property before 3 PM check in, and no one responded. The following morning, in looking at the self check in instructions, I contacted the 3 people listed bec I wasn't sure who would respond. First, no one responded. Then, one person got back to me and told me I could leave my property in a locker and gave me a security code. Then I got a rude response from one person asking me to not call and disturb him. He also said that the luggage could not be left on the property. Then I got a laughing face emoji from a third person, which I thought was very rude and unprofessional He also told me that luggage could not be left there. After these contradictory responses and rude and unprofessional communication from them, I felt unsafe and cancelled. Whoever hired these people needs to teach them basic courtesy.

Ausgezeichnet! Der Check in und check out war super einfach und sehr flexibel, aufgrund der klaren Anweisungen und Informationen des Gastgebers. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau so wie in den Bildern beschrieben. Ich würde sogar so weit gehen und sagen, dass die Wohnung in Realität sogar besser aussieht als auf den Bildern. Man wird auch sehr freundlich und proaktiv vom Gastgeber kontaktiert und empfangen. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

Great location in historic center of Rovereto. In the middle of everything, yet still incredibly quiet and peaceful. Helpful host. Really nicely designed and updated apartment.

Alles perfekt, nur sehr teuer.
