Perfect rural retreat! Lovely hosts! Spotless inside and out! Everything we needed . Near a coop! Dogs were well catered for!

the cottage and farm was just loverly. A perfect spot for us to stay before the Milton Keynes running weekend event. A very friendly welcome, the most delicious biscuits and easy to reach places to walk our puppy. We would loved to have stayed longer and explored more. A very relaxing stay, thank you.

Perfect little house in a beautiful spot, lovely little private courtyard where we ate our breakfast. Lovely, very helpful people who went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after. The house was very comfortable for the three of us and our two little dogs. Everything we needed was provided. If we’d had more time there we’d have said hello to the farm animals. We did have a lovely walk in the woods very nearby. Thanks so much.

Lovely setting on a farm, very clean well equipped bungalow. Unusual location to find initially, but the directions were helpful and once we realised that it was through a gate, no problem. The three lambs in the farmyard added to the attraction.

Really enjoyed the stay. Was lovely to wake up and look out the window to a friendly horse. Was so peaceful even given the fact we were right on the farm. James and his family were very friendly and will definitely look at going back to stay if they will have us x
