Stayed for a month while working in the area. The house is nice. The beds are good.

The thing is The place is good to stay but after when we checked out, he is claiming false claims which includes extra cleaning fee & charges for extra people, which is totally unacceptable.

This house was ok but the place was not really clean, a lot of dust and stain in the walls. We also had some bugs in the house and those bugs was even in our beds while sleeping so it got really uncomfortable and scary to sleep at the house. I communicated this issue with the host but he was on the defensive and said there was no bugs prior to us coming, meaning we are the one who brought those bugs with us. The other problem we had was the host coming and standing outside for hours to stalk on us and I didn't really like the feeling to being watched by the host, not to mention the fact He was texting me almost every hour and I couldn't even enjoy my vacation anymore. And there were also some instruction issue about where to put the garbage got so many message from the host, even though he didn't communicate properly. The positive side is just the neighborhood was really nice and the house is big. I hope they will improve the house and the guests experience.
