Our property is a stylish 3 BHK duplex apartment having mesmerizing views of a gorgeous forest-covered valley that gets covered under snow in January and February. ~Property Layout~ * The apartment consists of 3 Bedrooms with attached / en-suite bathrooms * Two bedrooms are on the lower level (1st floor) and one bedroom is on the upper level (2nd floor) * A stylish living room with comfortable sitting and a dining area are located on the lower level (1st floor) * A balcony deck overlooking the gorgeous valley is located next to the living room and dining area * A fully equipped kitchen is located on the lower level * The upper level (2nd floor) houses the master bedroom (3rd bedroom) and a large study with a writing table facing the valley, ideal for work-cations. ~Accessibility & Movement~ * The Parking Lot is located on the top floor of the building * The parking is approx. 300 mts down from the main road and the inclined road is a bit steep but manoeuvrable * Our property is on the 1st floor of the building i.e., 3 levels down from the parking lot * Guests can use the elevator or staircase to come down * The elevator can be used for wheelchair access (we have elevator access on both the 1st and 2nd floors) ~Amenities~ * A 42-inch HD LED TV with DTH has been provided in the Living Room for family viewing * 100 MBPS Wi-Fi connection * Fully Equipped Kitchen with cook facility (chargeable) * All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply (25 Lts each) * Air-conditioning is not required due to the altitude of the area * Heaters/heat convectors have been provided in all rooms for usage in winter * Electric Blankets have been provided in all rooms * Power backup is available through a common generator (for the building). The generator is switched on in case of a power outage for more than 15 minutes. It is not switched on instantly. ~Rental Inclusions~ * Fully equipped Kitchen with all basic appliances (Microwave, Gas Stove, Mixer Grinder, Refrigerator, Toaster, Electric kettle and RO Water Purifier), cookware and serveware. * Fresh Linen will be provided at the time of check-in and every fourth day * Daily Housekeeping is provided once a day at a fixed time (Includes Dusting, Brooming, Mopping and Dishes) * Free Wi-Fi and DTH Service * Toiletries - Shower Gel, Shampoo, Hand Wash, Hand Towels, Bath Towels, Hair dryer and Tissue Rolls * Parking for 2 cars is available in the stilt area. ~Add-ons~ * Extra Linen change is chargeable @ ₹500 per room including towels. * No meal is included in the price * Barbecue apparatus at an additional charge of ₹1000 with Coal ~Pet Policy~ * We do not allow pets at this property. ~Cooking by our Caretakers~ * Our caretaker Heena can cook for our guests. She makes homestyle Pahadi food, and regular Indian food, and loves experimenting with some dishes which we have taught her. A small gratitude fee of ₹1500 per day is applicable for her cooking services. Groceries are payable as per actual. We have another caretaker Kamlesh who helps Heena with cleaning. Kamlesh's husband looks after the gardening of the complex, however, he can be helpful to run small errands if our guests require them. ~Meals & Dining Nearby~ * Dining / Pickup options are available in the vicinity like at Chalet's Naldehra * We have also tied up with a local resto kitchen nearby. Guests are welcome to order food using the menu. The food is prepared fresh, and all ingredients are bought fresh. The order should be made at least 3 hours in advance (between 10 AM - 7 PM) for the kitchen to prepare and deliver at the property. Stay arrangements for guests' helpers like cooks or drivers is not available at the property. We can help find accommodation within a 1-2 km distance at an additional cost (subject to availability). ~Red Eye Check-In/ Check-Out Duty Charges~ * Extra duty charges for night check-ins from 8 PM to 4 AM are ₹2000 * Extra duty charges for morning check-out from 4 AM to 10 AM are ₹2000 There will be a mandatory refundable security deposit of ₹15,000 to be paid by the guest at the time of check-in via Cash/UPI and the same will be refunded at the time of check-out in original mode.
