Excellent location if you want to be walking distance to everything in the city centre (which we did). Very responsive, helpful and friendly communication from the host/s. Quiet and spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Aside from some dust on the blinds - could do with a little more attention to cleaning, and no sound system (which I don't think is needed anyway). The place is tidy and has everything you could need. Welles Street has plenty of places to eat, South City is just down the road, and plenty of entertainment and shopping within walking distance.

So close to the city, with walking distance to tram and city attractions. Best Mexican tapas bar downstairs that we went to on both nights with the very best margaritas. The beds in the apartment were very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The balcony needs attention and needs a very good clean!

This is a very nice apartment close to the city centre. The Street where it's located also has several great restaurants, a bakery and a hairdresser. The balcony and view from the 4th floor are an extra bonus. Off-street parking was also very convenient.
