You have to take a ferry to the location~ Would have been nice to know this to plan. Martina was great to communicate with however need instructions on how to work everything- A/C, coffee maker. Lovely restaurants in downtown square- the ones that were still open! Would have been nice to know that this location is a summer hot spot- not much to do here otherwise.

The highlight was definitely the pool and the kitchen as it was spacious and quite well equiped. Also the barbecue and the lounge area at the upstairs bedrooms were a nice bonus. All in all we had a great stay but if you looked closely some outlets are coming almost out of the wall, a table at the pool area had no glas top anymore etc. Value for money was not fully there for us! Tip: be aware, the streets to get to the house are very narrow as is the driveway, but it’s still manageable. Going around with Uber is way cheaper than by car or taxi. The communication with Martina was smooth as there was no sun umbrella when we arrived (the previous guests damaged the one before) but it was replace within a few hours.

Es hat in die Unterkunft geregnet. Vom Balkon in das Wohnzimmer. Als das passiert ist hat sie nicht mehr reagiert. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft mega top! Auch die Kommunikation war super

The Villa is really beautifull and is in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect mix to relax and make some Party because the Zrce beach is 10 min away with the taxi. The pool and the villa is similar to the pictures. Martina was so helpful in getting us prepared because our check in were a bit late. Flexible check-in and help to getting some stuff for the first evening and morning. All in all I can fully recommend this villa and owner.
