We had some bumps in the road but they were taken care of in a great manner. Very appreciative of how accommodating they were! We all had a blast and can’t wait for next time! Would highly recommend staying here!

This place was absolutely perfect. We showed up and there was a growler for us from the local brewery.The house felt like a cozy cabin while also being incredibly clean and smelling fresh. A full closet of household products were available for us. I’ve never seen an Airbnb give access to everything like loonstar did. My baby threw up all over his car seat and I felt like we were right at home being able to wash&dry his car seat covers. There is kid silverware/plates and even a high chair we used. They truly have everything from fancy cutting boards for charcuterie arrangements to cocktail glasses to over 40 clean towels for your group to use. The location is absolutely prime. the photos don’t show is how private it is while also being so close to so many fun things. Our group was a mixed bag of pregnant people, brewery people, hunters/fishers, and babies. It was perfect for all of us. I could see loonstar being a good fit for a big family or a big girls trip. It was such a fun weekend!

Our stay at the Loonstar Lodge was great! We had plenty of room for our family of 11 adults. The cabin was just as the pictures showed. Very clean and well decorated. My son brought his wake boat so we enjoyed being on the lake and enjoying the nice clear water. We also golfed twice at Emily Greens. Very nice course and reasonably priced. We used the gas grill every night for dinner and also enjoyed the fire pit every evening. I would have no problem booking this property again for a future getaway with friends or family. Thanks for letting us enjoy your cabin on Rabbit Lake!!!

Great place to stay for a golf trip! Many great courses in the area and the cabin was a great place to unwind! Had everything we could have asked for during the trip!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Loon Star Lodge. The house was comfy, beautiful and clean! Only concern was that the AC was set at 66 degrees which was a little cold for some of our guests, and we were unable to adjust it. The kitchen was nicely stocked, but no griddle (for making pancakes and such in bulk) so make sure to pack one along if you’ll need it :) It was stocked with some seasoning and cooking oils which was helpful! We loved the array of cups as well! No fire wood is provided so make sure to stop and get some. The beds are comfy and the pillows were very soft and fluffy!! No yard games are available, so pack some along but there is a beautiful yard and awesome fire place to roast s’mores and share stories around! Overall, we loved our stay! For 11 of us, there was plenty of room and the lounging areas were perfect size to come inside (when the mosquitoes got bad) and hang out! We would recommend this place again!
