The space includes a kitchen, a living room w/ a large sectional sleeper sofa, a dining area, a powder room, a laundry closet and a lanai. 5 min walk to the beach; 10 min drive to downtown St. Augustine. Close to many restaurants, attractions, festivals, concert venues, and local shops. 2 Bedrooms - 2.5 Bathrooms - Sleeps 8 people - heated pool - free parking - steps from the beach - short drive to downtown - family and pet friendly Primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, an office workspace, a walk in closet, a dresser, and television. The en suite bathroom has a walk in shower. Secondary bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bunks. There is a large closet with a dresser inside. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub. There is a large sectional sleeper sofa on the main level with plenty of room in the living area. The dining room is attached. There is a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. A powder room is also located on the main level as well as a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Off of the dining and living room is a screened in lanai with additional dining area and rocking chairs. We have a small shed outside which is stocked with 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, a cooler, an umbrella, and beach toys. You are free to use any of these items. We have stocked the house with extra pillows, blankets, linens, beach towels and a beach blanket. We are happy to provide you with a play pen or a baby gate upon request. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. This location has so much to offer starting with the beautiful beaches, amazing dining and drinking options, local shops and boutiques, concert venues, outdoor activities, and more.
