I can’t say enough. Amazing, from the high end furnishings, beautiful appliances, unbelievably comfortable bedding, lovely wood burning fire place, entertainment systems, peloton bike… this place has it all. I’d love to stay here next time during ski season!

Riverhouse is nothing short of spectacular. As an absolutely stunning retreat spot nestled along a winding river, every ounce of Katie’s home has a special touch waiting to delight you. Those with an eye for beauty will be captivated by the modern decor and designer details. This home literally has everything you could need for your peaceful getaway: huge well-stocked kitchen, long table dining area, cozy stone fireplace, comfortable media room, exercise equipment, infrared sauna, private hot tub under the stars, gorgeous master bedroom with ensuite, games room with billiards and darts, dedicated office space, river for cold-dipping, and meandering woods throughout the property. The beds are extremely comfortable and the silence allows for deep restorative sleep. Although it feels remote, the home is a quick drive into town or to Mount Washington. We all absolutely loved our stay in Katie’s home and feel lucky to stay there. We would definitely book again and highly recommend it!

Katie’s house was absolutely wonderful. The property is stunning, it is extremely private and we felt right at home there. The beds were very comfortable, we loved cooking in the kitchen, there was everything we needed to make a lovely meal. We enjoyed the large windows and cozy atmosphere she has created. You can tell how much love and care she has put into this home. When I contacted Katie about small issue at the house, she was quick to respond and sort it out with me which I really appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come again one day!
