Great location, close to everything, quiet at night. Short distance to beach. The best thing is they have almost everything that you need in the house:) strong recommendation for everyone. Looks much more better than photos.

Beautiful house, for our get together of family from the UK & Australia. Stylish, comfortable interior with quality fixtures and fittings. 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and a 30 minutes walk into Nelson’s Bay.

Beautiful stay! Very clean and tidy! Had everything our family needed. But there were a few issues, I had to constantly call after hours number for support as this place is owned by a company. We weren't allowed to have conversations out in the balcony at night as it would upset the neighbours, so that was a constant concern of ours that we weren't being too loud which is a let down as we were on a holiday and paid thousands to enjoy our time. We expectedly had to change our dates for our stay by one day only, and they charged us an extra $90 just to move one date around. They have options for early or late check ins at a cost of $75 to $150. It started to feel like they were just looting my wallet for every request after paying thousands for this stay. Also most of the spices were expired in the spice draw! Definitely think twice about this place as they will charge for all inconveniences and will not accommodate to it. It's a bit unfair as this stay is already non refundable.
