We love this staycation because the place was so peaceful and beautiful. It was remote enough to feel like we have the entire land to ourselves but not that remote to drive to the town for a coffee. My kids especially loved the net. The host was very responsive to the messages. A must try place to stay if you are seeking for some tranquility and unique holiday experience.

This was a beautiful place to stay! Well equipped for a couple or a small family. It’s the place to go if you’re wanting to relax, play games and get away from the busy life. Tim’s had the essential kitchen items except for a few things that we found we needed such as tongs, sauces etc. Overall, great little getaway spot

Beautiful location and stunning view over farmland. Quiet and relaxing, with very cute sheep and their lambs greeting you each morning. Great range of books and games. As per prior reviewers, there are no usual 240V power points, but 4 USBs for phones and other devices if you need. Quality firewood, splitter and fire lighters for the fire pit. Beautiful interior, tapware etc, and the long-drop toilet is clean and smell-free. Hot water and power/battery/solar panels were fine for our stay, but it was neither cold nor hot, and the air conditioner was not required. Perfect for a mini break from Perth.
