Welcome to Nina Homes ! We are a newly renovated serviced studios in one building situated on a green, leafy, peaceful and vibrant part of Korean Town, Phu My Hung Urban, southern HCMC. Our studios (28-30m2) are filled with natural light with private balconies, Electrolux washer/drier and full kitchen with basic cookware/tableware and condiments for your cooking needs in each and every room. Excellent and comfortable for both short/long stay, business or travelers. All rooms will be cleaned every other day (not every day ) with bed linens changed once to twice a week. House Keeping is available from 13:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday. Excluding Public Holidays. 모든 객실은 격일로(매일은 아님) 청소되며 침대 린넨은 일주일에 1~2회 교체됩니다. 하우스 키핑 서비스는 월요일부터 토요일까지 13:00부터 18:00까지 제공됩니다. 공휴일 제외. This layout comes with balcony, street view and lots of light and breeze*** First floor is not ground floor. There are 4 rooms on each floor. The hall way is filled with natural light and air as we have a skylight to avoid dark and damp smell. Emergency/Exit stairs located next to elevator.
