Antoine and Nafisa’s place is amazing. It’s quite spacious, with plenty of room for us and our two grown sons. It was pristine when we checked in, very clean and uncluttered. The kitchen is well-appointed and the flat had everything we needed. It was easy to find and the check-in was very smooth. Nafisa was very helpful and extremely responsive when we had a question or needed advice. And the location is amazing, overlooking the canal and a short walk to the Viette park and the metro. The only thing holding us back from five stars is that does require a metro ride to go see anything in the city center. We knew that when we booked and we accepted there would be a trade off between the location and the quality of the flat. But riding the Paris metro is a little more cumbersome than in New York, London, or Berlin. We were definitely tired of the metro by the end of our stay. But despite that, we would stay again and we highly recommend Nafisa’s place e.

If your looking to book a once in a lifetime trip, you deserve this apt. Perfect for everything. Quiet neighborhood, easy street parking , close to shopping and tons of Kosher markets nearby. The porches are overlooking the canal and great for running and biking. Thanks for a great time

The apartment was as described. It has a very large outdoor terrace overlooking the canal. The downstairs area was very nice and had enough space for us to enjoy. The kitchen was excellent and I enjoyed using the induction stove. While the upstairs bedrooms are not large, there was enough space so that everyone had a comfortable experience. There are only a few things that the host could do to improve the overall experience: -- the knives were very dull and there wasn't a serrated bread knife (to cut the begets). We purchased a cheap knife. -- there didn't appear to be a spatula either. Hard to flip eggs without one (again we bought a cheap one). -- we were provided only 1 key and sensor (to unlock the outside doors). While this didn't affect our stay (and we didn't notify the host), if you are traveling with others it would be nice to have 2 sets. -- A guide or instructions for the dryer would be nice. We figured out in the end to empty the water reservoir. Ken

We have been to paris many times before and Nafisa and Antoines place has got to be one of the best stays we have ever had. We were looking forward to staying near the canal as a first time and it was such a chill and freindly atmosphere with people enjoyng life the way Parisians know how! Highly reccomend a bike ride along the canal, loved it. The apartment is also very stylish, large and spotlessly clean with a great big terrace to take in the views of people enjoying the canal. With 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer we were very comfortable. Really cool area offering a different take on Paris and some fun wine bars and modern Japanese restaurant nearby. Great location to walk to other neighborhoods too, with 2 big parks nearby, Villette and my favorite Buttes-Chaumont. The hosts were very accomodating and great communicators. We can highly recommend staying here!
