We were able to walk to many local spots - Middle Brighton shops/cafes and to our family up the road to babysit. It's a great villa unit with heaps of space. It suited us really well. Thanks Eva.

Great location, excellent facilities, heaps of cupboard/wardrobe space, felt safe and secure. Eva was a welcoming, friendly host whilst respecting our privacy. We would definitely recommend her house to others looking for a place to stay.

We were visiting Melbourne from the UK for a family wedding and stayed for 4 nights. Light and airy unit in a lovely, peaceful part of Melbourne/Brighton East. Comfy beds. Eva and her husband were both very friendly, helpful and responsive. Shops and restaurants are walkable (about 15-20 mins relaxed walk. Would definitely stay again if/when we visit Melbourne.

This was a very convenient location for us to be within walkable distance to family in a safe and pleasant environment. Communication with Eva was easy and she was very helpful with any of our queries. The house was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. We would love to have the opportunity to stay again.

Good location for our need to be close to Blackrock Yacht Club. This is a safe and pleasant suburban location with good walkability to nice restaurants, supermarkets and services. Nice clean unit. Bed linen was nice. A few kitchen supplies would improve this stay, such as gladwrap, pepper and cooking oil. Starter tea and coffee. Property was very comfortable for 3 people.
