Lavinia was very responsive, helpful and friendly. There was an issue with the water heater while we were there but she came over straight away to fix it.

Great host!! Very responsive & helpful with all aspects of our stay. 10/10 Organised a highchair & cot to be provided (both clean & of good quality) - we really appreciated this. The house is very well located centrally with lots of good food options locally. Parking was fine as Lavinia kindly organised a parking permit for us on nearby roads. The only downside for us were the lack of blackout blinds in the bedroom (security light opposite kept coming on every few minutes throughout the night) ..& we also thought blinds or privacy glass in the lounge area would have been nice in the evenings so the buildings / occupants opposite couldn’t see in. Overall we had a lovely stay & would recommend the ‘upside down house’ 😊
