Perfect weekend loft!! Came out to Cookeville to visit my son who plays football at Tennessee Tech University. The location was approximately 13 minutes away from his campus and driving distance to the downtown area where there were great restaurants, boutiques & and an ice cream shop. Brian’s Loft was perfect, it was brand new, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The details were second to none. I will definitely reach out to Brian when we come to the Cookeville area. Great little place to stay! Pretty close to all the things. Very clean and very cute.

Lovely place, just as pictured - new construction, clean and modern. Close or close enough, to all the places we were heading to for waterfalls and hiking. Enjoyed the city of Cookeville. There were times when it seemed a bit loud from road traffic and a thunderstorm that moved through. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

The Loft was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our son in Cookeville. It was a quick drive to several state parks. After our hikes we were able to come back to a clean, well-decorated, well-furnished home away from home. We will definitely be checking with Brian when booking our next stay in TN.
