Almost all the games were missing pieces, not super organized, they left half a roll of paper towels and no extra, there were dirty towels on the washer when we got there, and the beds were uncomfortable and hard. It didn’t feel like a home, it just felt like i was staying a friends house with the way it was set up

A very nice home to say the least. It was spacious and my friends enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Ryker is quick to respond and help in anyway possible. His place is clean with beautiful views and surroundings. Pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Stay somewhere else. There are so many great Airbnbs in Lake Tahoe, but this isn't one of them. This place is very dirty, poorly maintained, inaccurate, and dangerous. One of our guests was badly electrocuted by their bear mat, resulting in a ski-ending injury. We were given no notice of this (the listing has since been updated). They also refused to shovel or de-ice the driveway, resulting in our car sliding down the driveway, almost taking people out and nearly crashing into the neighbor's house. The hot tub was broken, the bed sheets were stained and had other peoples' hairs on them, multiple lights didn't work, the HVAC system was faulty, the garage door lock was broken, there were spiders/cobwebs all around, and the couches were stuck in recline. Ryker was polite and quick to respond, but ultimately didn't help us resolve any of the issues that came up. The one positive is that it's a short drive to Heavenly/South Lake. The pictures look great but don't be fooled.
