Whether you plan to stay with us for a short city-break or a long-term work assignment, we welcome you with open arms! Everything you need is withing walking distance, such as the city centre with the Sassenpoort (4 min.), the train station (6. min.) or several local grocery shops (8. min). Welcome to Zwolle! A recently refurbished apartment with all modern-day facilities. Fully equipped and “smart” so you can control the lights and TV from your phone!

Nieke and Sander were very welcoming and great hosts. They gave us local recommendations and were always available to help when required. The property is very central and in a perfect location. It is clean, spacious and well-equipped. 10/10 would recommend!

Nienke und Sander sind zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles was man braucht und ist toll gelegen sodass man auch zu Fuß alles erreichen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A lovely and lively area between the train station and the city center. On a “cycling priority” road, so little car nuisance and lots of cycling commuters! Dutch at its best! (;

The train station is just a 5 minutes walk and so is the city center, the grocery stores, the restaurants and dozens of activities here in Zwolle! Free parking is not far away from the property and close to the trainstation. A 10-minute walk through the city centre.
