Brand New renovations and furnishings provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in 3 bedroom/ 3 full bathroom ranch home with a fully finished basement. 2200 sq ft with 2 living spaces, kitchette in basement, and a deck allows for plenty of room to spread out in this dedicated rental space. Conveniently located walking distance to Ulen CC, Memorial park, seashore water park. Easy access to I65 and 32. 20 mins to Indy. Grand park sports complex & Farmers Bank Fieldhouse. Main bedroom- king bed, private bathroom with dual sinks and walk in closet 2nd bedroom- queen bed 3rd bedroom- full bed Pull out queen sofa in main floor living room.

Very well furnished and equipped. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The host was quickly responsive to any questions we had. Our 3 month stay made us feel like it was home. We'd easily choose the Little Blue Cottage again if we had to.

This was by far the best Airb&b we’ve ever used! Host was proactive, available, and kind. The home exceeded our expectations! New furniture and updated inside and out, and most importantly super clean top to bottom. It’s in a convenient location to anything you need and a park right down the street for outdoor enjoyment. Easy check-in and check-out. Spotless inside and plenty of space so you don’t feel cramped. I can’t say enough great things about this house. It will NOT disappoint! All 5 stars no question
