A wooden staircase lands on the lower level, with a second small sitting room, a double bedroom and a bathroom, where the washing machine is found. A door opens onto a small terrace on the left-hand side of this bedroom. Pool and TerracesA few steps lead down from the house to the private pool (8m x 5m) with a circular section for children, which offers exceptional views of the sea and the Bay below. The stone-paved terraces remain sunny most of the day, offering all the necessary facilities for someone to lie back and unwind. There is also an excellent shaded terrace to the side of the house - perfect for those seeking a dinner al fresco whilst watching the luxury cruisers passing on their doorstep.
