Excellent accommodation would definitely stay again! The place itself is a handy location and everything is in a walkable distance. The host was excellent with communication. We loved the staff at the check in - they were super friendly!

i could not have asked for a better place to stay in chiang mai than at be phrasingh hotel :-) amazing location within the old city but very private at the same time. i had the loveliest time here and would definitely stay here again the next time i find myself in chiang mai.

Initially I booked a week at the property. Changed my reservations to leave after 3 nights. Upon check-in, I noticed the bedding and towels were stained and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The staff came in and changed the bedding, but even the new sheets were stained. Another odd policy: A list of items in the room and the cost if the items get damaged or broken. As luck would have it, I accidentally broke a glass and was promptly charged 100 baht upon checkout. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, along with the nickel and dime policies is not the experience I was looking for.
