The fully fenced backyard can't be beat! Patio with gas grill and fire pit, swingset for kids, & above ground pool (seasonal). Have a blast with ping pong, foosball & board games. Perfect location to fish and golf! An easy drive from Chicago, it's a great getaway for families! Come enjoy all that Delavan & Lake Geneva have to offer! Walk in and feel at home in our family-friendly lake retreat! You'll find a front living room with sectional and TV. Log in to your favorite streaming service on our Amazon Fire TV Stick. Gather around the 6 seat dining room table for great meals or an exciting game night. We have a board and card games for all ages! Find a recently renovated and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal! We have stainless steel appliances, pots/pans, cooking utensils, children's dishes, a coffee maker (of course!), and basic oils/seasonings. Three bedrooms - 2 queen beds and one full bed. A full size futon can be set up if needed. The 2 full bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with tub/shower) are ready with shampoo, soaps, & basic toiletries. Pool/beach towels are also available for guests to use. In our sunny back living room, you'll find a large sectional sofa. With toys, books, and games, this is a perfect space for young kids to play! We also have a large dog crate & food bowls available for our canine guests. Step into the backyard to enjoy hours of fun! Our fully fenced backyard features an above ground pool (seasonal May-Sept), a small swing set for kids, and a large patio space with table & chairs for outdoor dining. Cook up your favorites on the gas grill or sit around the fire pit at night & enjoy the stars. In the season, our huge boat garage converts to ping pong, foosball, pool toys & floats (including children's puddle jumpers & life jackets), a single person kayak, and 2 bikes. Kids can grab some sand toys to take down to the lake or enjoy racing around on plasma car scooters. Walk one block down to the lakefront (private access for the subdivision) to find a small beachfront and swimming & fishing pier. A public boat launch is just down the road at Community Park. Rent a boat for the day or bring your own! Traveling with young kids? No need to pack up your whole house to bring with! We have 2 pack n plays, a high chair, a double stroller, swing set, books & toys, and swim floaties available to use.
