Shivani ji is helpful polite and professional, very approachable. Enjoyed wonderful breakfast. Whenever needed something, she always responds. Always gave good advise and information. Place feel like home. She has Very helpful kind staffs always there to help. Highly recommended. ❤️

Pros: 1. Calm & Quiet residential area 2. Five minutes walk from Annanagar Tower metro. 3. Clean and well maintained rooms & washroom. 4. East facing rooms results in cooler nights, one may not need even to run AC. 5. Breakfast (South Indian) was very delicious. 6. Caretakers, security staff, cook are very polite 7. Shivani ji is very welcoming. Cons: Nothing in particular. PS: 1. I booked Pad3, but was given Pad1. Pad1 is huge. 2. The check-in time was 12:00 noon, which I didn’t notice. I requested Shivani whether I can check-in early thinking the check-in was 14:00 Hrs. She said I can come by 13:00 Hrs, instead of telling that the timing is 12:00 noon.

My stay with Shivani Ji was an absolute delight! Her warm hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Shivani Ji's responsiveness and ever-helpful nature truly exceeded my expectations. The location itself is a major advantage. Nestled in a serene and calm neighborhood, yet conveniently connected to the city via the nearby metro station, it offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. The accommodations were impeccable. My spacious room was well-ventilated, allowing for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay. Shivani Ji ensured that every amenity promised in the listing was provided, leaving no stone unturned in ensuring my comfort. What truly sets Shivani Ji apart is her genuine care for her guests. Her family's welcoming spirit created an atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. It was an experience that left an indelible mark on me.

The accommodation I was provided wasn’t ANY bit as was advertised; it lacked most of the amenities. I was told there are other rooms available but what I was given, was sub-standard. No wardrobe, hangars, TV, toiletries (a soap and toilet paper which I had to ask for were the only toiletries provided). Nothing other than a wifi router and an AC besides some old furniture in a large room which definitely needs to be renovated. The duvet cover, a thin one, was stained. The towels provided were very basic too. The approach to the room on the floor I was on, was terrible. There was construction right next to the room I was given, as well as down the corridor too. The less I say of the place, the better. The host was friendly and the only good part was the breakfast which was provided. I checked out earlier than I had planned to.
