We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is just a few minute drive into downtown Kona. It’s right on the waterfront (no beach access) and we saw whales a few times. We were here during high surf and very big waves, so sometimes the crashing wave sound made it hard to have a conversation on the lanai, but falling asleep to the sound of waves was pretty awesome. Came here with our 3 year old, and he loved the beach toys and the condo pool. Marta was easy to communicate with.

Great condo in the perfect location. In walking distance to a beach and a market. Very clean and comfortable place for our family. We loved the ocean view. Perfect.

Great stay at Marta’s place. The view is breathtaking, plenty of supplies in the apartment for enjoying time out on the island (cooler, beach chairs, snorkel gear), well stocked and super functional kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer made the stay super enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again, probably for longer!

This place was great. Sometimes “oceanfront” is used loosely, but not in this case. The lanai hovers right over shore rocks with waves crashing right below. Marta was very responsive and helpful. Would be happy to come back!

Marta was very responsive from reserving, checkin and checkout. The ocean view was amazing as well as hearing the ocean. The pool was relaxing and for us everything was walkable to where we needed to go and definitely needed to offset the food. It is easier to find the place by the name and not by the address. Would definitely recommend host and location. Thank you!!!
