This house is situated close to its neighbors, on a great road to walk, and maybe even see some wildlife! It has direct ATV trail access and snowmobile trail access (when the pond is frozen.) It is RIGHT on the edge of the water.
Seasonal Fun!
Summer
Our house is located on Big Diamond Pond, a perfect place to fish (the New England Record lake trout came from here!), kayak, canoe, boat, and swim. The house is very close to the Diamond Pond public boat launch, we have a dock for you to use if you bring a boat. It is also close to Coleman State Park and Little Diamond Pond.
If you ATV, enjoy “Ride the Wild” Coos trails as we have direct trail access. There are over 1,000 miles of interconnected ATV trails, allowing you to ride from Pittsburg to Colebrook, Stewartstown, Millsfield, Errol, all the way to Berlin! Hiking, listening to the loons, viewing wildlife, or just sunbathing on our amazing deck and private dock… endless outdoor fun in the Great North Woods!
Fall
The days are getting cooler but between the outdoor activities and breathtaking foliage, it is a treasured time to vacation. Hunters will enjoy bear hunting in September, deer hunting in November, and grouse and rabbit hunting throughout the fall. Hiking is amazing and you can still squeeze in water activities.
Winter
This area is surrounded by four snowmobile clubs, and grooming on over 600 miles of trails! Our house is close to Swift Diamond Riders Warming Hut where they have gas and food on winter weekends. Also, Snowshoe across the lake or pull your little ones on a sled and make a snowman. And of course, top off the day with a hot cocoa and sit in our cozy house!

In the winter, parking is at the top of the driveway. There is space at the top, as well as across the street. Plenty of room for a trailer etc. You will need 4WD to travel Diamond Pond Road in the winter months.
In the summer and Fall you can drive down the driveway to park.
